T-SHIRT PRE-ORDER FAQs

Below we hope to answer any questions you might have regarding the Pre-Order process.

What is a Pre-Order? This item will be released soon. Pre-ordering guarantees you’ll receive it when it becomes available. 

Shipping Timeline: An email will be sent to the customer with tracking details once the order has been shipped. Items are expected to ship the week of June 23rd. Delivery times vary, and can take up to 3 to 7 business days. 

Returns:  Returns are for damaged items only. If merchandise arrives damaged, send email to pastorrochelledavis@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item within 3 business days for item replacement or refund.

Payment: All pre-orders sales are FINAL. Payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
